Our Basic Care package includes a walk around your property on a twice monthly basis and includes the following list of checks to make:

           Windows
           Doors
           Wind damage
           Outdoor Appliance Check 
                (Hot Tub, Heat Pump)
           Exterior rodent presence
                (Skunk, Marmot)
           Propane Tank Levels
           Front Porch Swept

DELUXE CARE PACKAGE

Upgrade from Basic Care to the Deluxe Care Package to receive a twice monthly check of not only the exterior but also the interior of your home.  Included in this package is a twice monthly check of the following:

BASIC CARE PACKAGE

Extra checks for either of these packages can be arranged at an additional charge if weather such as extreme wind or deep freezes (below 0F) occurs during the off week when no check was schedule to take place. We will be happy to keep you informed of these weather events if desired.Perhaps someone else is caring for your home in this manner.
